While using browser, ad popped up that I inadvertently clicked on, believe it was an offer of free gas. Few weeks later receive a charge on credit card for carregistration.org, $19.99 for service and $3.99 for processing fee. I did not sign up for anything, as soon as I saw what it was I left sight. They have said they will refund me the $19.99 but not the $3.99, which is how I’m sure they are making money. Person on phone was quick to give me refund.
