Type of a scam Debt Collections
People called and left a message for me to call back concerning a package that was to be delivered. When I called they said they were a debt collection agency and they wanted to collect 350 dollars that I had taken out by online payday loan. They said that I would be served a summons if I didn’t pay. I asked for documentation and they said it had already been sent. Which I haven’t received anything and I hadn’t taken out a loan either. They had all my information even my social security number. They also had my step daughters information and called her leaving a message about a package.
