I wanted to pay my CT DMV registration online, I thought I was on the state website but was not, didn’t realize it until it was too late. I was charged a 2.99 processing fee immediately, 2 days later I was charged 19.99. I called (Jimmy – foreign accent) and got the 19.99 reversed but first had to hear what I would get for 19.99 – nothing. Did not get 2.99 back. Registration for our small boat was 7.50, I just mailed it. Wish I did in the first place.
