Yeah I have been making an offer for a week on a vehicle in NY and one in GA. I get no response even though my offer is higher than listed. I suspect that both these vehicles, E-350 Quigley 4x4s are BAIT cars to get me into the loop for really cars that I don’t want… bull[censored] – shut ’em down.
Hello. I’m unfortunately just found out I’m a victim of this scam. I replied to an ad selling a 1968 Pontiac Firebird from a Bruce Yeslow. I wired the $ to a Bank of America Acct in Charlotte NC and now no response of course. Working w/ my bank to try and hopefully recover my $ but unlikely I will.
I was trying to get a continental from a guy who called himself Bruce P Yeslow, he sent me all pictures which was great but as soon as i wanted more he bailed. He wanted me to use a particular shipping company with Escrow to get it to Australia. email address [email protected] from Kansas.
I wouldn’t trust this guy or perhaps this site by the sounds of things.
I think I am experiencing a similar scam. The guy wants me to deposit in an escrow with the company DPD Transport. Was that the same company for you?
There in process of trying yo sell me car.Is they we can set a sting operation to catch these people?
I believe this entire site to be a scam.. I’ve gotten the EXACT same email regarding a long shipping story from 2 different cars with 2 different sellers. It didn’t hit me as a scam until I received the 2nd identical email from a 2nd person/car… This site is not safe for the public.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
found a car on cardealfinder.com that stated it was located in Lima Ohio. Emailed owner and waited, after a few days of no response looked in my spam folder. It was there. After I took it out of spam into my regular email I was locked out of sending emails. It wasn’t until I agreed to let Microsoft monitor my account that I was able to send mail again. This man responded with more detailed pictures of the car. When I asked how I go about purchasing the car he sent me an email with information on how he is in London and uses an overseas company to deliver the car. At that point I figured this must be a scam so I looked up reviews on the internet. There were many, all saying this site was a scam and when they reported it, whoever they reported it to said they couldn’t find an IP address or a domain and that these people bounced off of several so they couldn’t be tracked. No phone number could be revealed under the hidden information.
