Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Received a USPS packet from Levitt Group in San Diego. A letter and a check of $4,650 issued by Serpentini Chevrolet Willoughby Hills in OH were enclosed. (Images attached) The letter indicated that I was an approved applicant of this Car-Wrap advertisement program and I am to keep $600 and pay the rest to car-wrap technician to get started. I am to deposit the check immediately and text 352-900-8316 to confirm the receipt to ensure that funds will be available. The letter also indicated that I will receive $600 weekly for this.

Received a USPS priority mail from Levitt Group/ Levitt Insurance Agency of San Diego at 3636 Nobel Dr #100 San Diego CA 92122. Letter indicated that I am an approved applicant for car-Wrap advertisement program. A check of $4,650 issued by Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills at 2810 Bishop Rd, Willoughby OH 44092 was also enclosed. The letter instructed me to deposit the check and text 352-900-8316 to confirm the receipt. $600 is for my first week of compesation and the rest is to be paid to the car wrap technician. I am to receive $600 weekly for this advertisement.
