Tried to go online and pay Arizona State Vehicle Registration. Clicked on link that looked like I could register vehicle. Instead it registered for a online "steps to take to register your vehicle". They charged my debit $23.98. Website was misleading because it had a link you click on to renew your state registration, had Arizona information, and even had the state emblem and state outline. Very misleading and was a total scam. I had to locate and call them to try and cancel the purchase. They stated the transaction was cancelled but I am now contacting my bank to insure that is true.
