Type of a scam Employment
Yesterday, I received an email from Angela Brown ([email protected]). It was to another person and copied my email address along with 14 others. In it was a response that the person was interested. The title of the email was RE: The Talented Resume Reviewed ..Position Consideration. In the email it stated that a recruitment team had viewed our published resume ad wanted to administer an online interview via Google Hangout. I downloaded the app on my phone and messaged the "HR Manager" (Mrs. Saralen Morgan) at [email protected] I spent 2 hours in the interview, ending with "you’re hired." I was directed to sign on the Hangout app today at 8 am so I could be connected to my "Supervisor/Trainer." I messaged him at [email protected] His name was Mr. David Williams. Both Saralen and David had me give them my address, full name, and cell phone number. I also gave Saralen the names of my banks so that "she could see if it tallies with the company’s official salary payment account." I messaged with David today for about 20 minutes. He said they would send me a check with which I would by a computer, printer, cell phone, etc. He also emailed me a contract, which I filled out my name, address, and phone number. Then I signed it and scanned it back to him. I questioned him about being uncomfortable providing my personal information to a company when I haven’t met with someone face to face. He didn’t answer me and told me to report online tomorrow again at 8 am. Feeling very suspicious, I searched the company, CapreLife Global, and it’s owner, Lisa Capre. There was not much information, which was very strange. After searching the internet for hours in every possible way, I searched "interviews by Google Hangout" and SCAM was the first word I saw. I read quite a few of the links and it matched my experience.
