I received a phone call from Capital Recovery Partners LLC. They were collecting on a two year virus program they state I bought. Trying to collect $349 installment payment. The total is $649. Threatened to ruin my credit. Caller stated it would cost me $900 if it went to arbitration. They also sent me an E mail. I never signed up for this. I did not pay any money.
