Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Company stated was approved for personal loan but had to have active debit card. Purchased prepaid debit card per company request and deposited $50.00, per their request. Called company back when completed and then they stated I had to go buy another debit card and add $180.00 for PIN number fees… I told them that I felt like this was a scam and that I wanted my $50.00 back first he said he would put money on card right away then he said check at 3pm and now he’s saying in 24hrs. He hung up on me several times. They are stating they are Capital One. This wrong! I’m so broke that’s why I applied for a loan. I shouldn’t have to pay them! That’s why I applied for loan.
