They have been calling me everyday (from 513-795-1995) for the past month and they said they are from Capital Network, they said they got special deals on your Duke bill. They have all the information on your Duke bill except your account number and I did it once, I gave my account number, they said I was eligible for a $100 gift certificate for Walmart, Target and Sams. The money never came, they called again and I told them I was elegible for $100 and I never got it and they said sorry ma’am you’ll get it this time. His name is Joseph.
