I purchased a necklace as a Christmas gift 5 weeks before Christmas. I made a complaint on January 16 th and I was told they would take care of it and include a free bracelet to make up for it. It is February 18th and still only excuses no items have shown up.
I believe they are a scam company. I ordered one bracelet due to an ad that popped up on my feed. It took weeks to get it with no tracking number and no number that worked to call the company. I realized I was charged twice on my credit card bill for same bracelet. When I emailed company “Ruth” got back to me saying “she” would check on this and get back to me. “She” insisted on seeking photocopy of charges and still nothing was done. I will take this up with my company to check into this further. I should have checked the internet beforehand since there are plenty of Better Business Bureau complaints on this company!
SCAM! I fell for it. The slick website has lots of new age concepts, claims to help mothers working from home. The wording is good and seemed to be based in America.
I ordered three bracelets 12/27/2020 at $39.99 each. Two were received. I inquired on the third and was told it was coming from a different shipping location. Still not received by 1/14/2021. I tracked the package and found it had shipped from China! That explains so much. I have purchased things directly from China but the pricing was good enough to take a gamble on receipt and quality.
While the bracelets look ok from a reasonable distance, the pricing is ridiculous for the slow shipping and quality. The main stones don’t seem to be real and the bracelets are difficult to close.
Cape Diablo is garbage! The stone, intense Healing Jasper looks absolutely nothing like it does in their filtered photo and yhe cheap leather broke after wearing it for only 4 days! I have never had such cheap garbage. I should have just set that $100 on fire instead.
Scam and Buyer beware.
Is there a zero star rating available?! This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a merchant, and I’m not alone – BUYER BEWARE! A simple google search will show you endless links to various sites where similar complaints are issued; some even mention calling the FBI. The same theme is repeated, extremely delayed shipping and refusal to refund.
I ordered 4 bracelets on July 18th and received 3 of them by July 27th. The fourth one, I received about 1 month after ordering. I received no notice that the fourth one was delayed, it just showed up.
I did not like 2 of the bracelets (Intense Emperor Jasper and Healing Rhodochrosite) because quite frankly, they looked and felt fake – they are light as a feather, perfectly cut and colored plastic “stones.” I’m no gemologist but it doesn’t take a degree to tell the difference between plastic and stone.
On August 2nd I requested a refund stating it was not to my expectations. After 7 emails between the both of us, I have yet to receive return instructions. They’ve refuted my claims that the stones are fake, I’ve sent them photos as requested – not sure how that proves authenticity but ok – and I haven’t heard back from them since; that was on August 7th.
They are not honoring their return policy (copy and pasted below) and they only handle returns through email or chat, they don’t offer a return process or address which makes it so that you literally can’t try to return the item which in turn makes it difficult to dispute the charge on a credit card.
I warned them multiple times that I would dispute the charge and share my bad experience – they’ve remained unresponsive and unhelpful. I have disputed the charge and I will post this review on every site I find – I’ve also contacted Instagram letting them know they’re a fraud.

No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement
We’ll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay
Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.

4) BUYER PROTECTION – Our customers have the right to receive a full refund if the product won’t be delivered after 90 days.
This company provided tracking that claims my package was picked up from their place of business on June 2,2020 but as of today, July 11, 2020 their same tracking indicates that it was never received by USPS. I have gotten no response from this company. I wish that I had investigated their reviews more thoroughly. Fortunately my credit card company provided a credit so at least I am not any money. I have also filed a report with the BBB.
I ordered 2 bracelets on May 20th and did not receive my order until June 19th. While the bracelets are beautiful, I’m sorry to say I need to arrange for a return of one of the bracelets in my order. I had ordered one for myself and the other is for a gift.
I had thought there would be a clasp of some sort on the bracelet. As I have a problem with arthritis in my fingers, it is quite difficult for me to work the button
in to the button hole making it impossible from me to attach the bracelet.
Their return policy clearly states “Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.”

I received the order on June 19th and first reached out to them to request a return / refund on June 20th. I notified them within the 14 days required in their return policy and their product does not meet my expectation. After numerous attempts to contact their customer service, sales and support departments via email, their FB page and their website (as there is no phone number to contact them), they (Marie) finally responded on June 29th.
They are refusing to allow me a return / refund and want to offer me an exchange for another bracelet. This is not acceptable to me as their bracelets are too difficult for me to manage to attach on my wrist.
They are clearly NOT abiding by your own return policies.
Very dishonorable company. Do Not Order From Them.
I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

There is No WAY to contact them, no phone numcapeber only via email or text message. I tried to contact them numerous times they say rest assured its on the way. told them I was reporting to BBB!
