I called company for cancellation # and Sent back on 01/17/2020 in May 26 I got charged 109.97 they said never received the merchandise and are now charging me for it I have them tracking number but she said they don’t have it scam scam

This is concerning unauthorized and/or unexpected charges and unresolved refund disputes. I signed up for a trial sample and was NOT aware that this was an automatic sign up for further orders of this bogus product. I tried to email the email address that was listed in the email sent on May 3 telling me that an order was being placed (I didn’t know what this was about until I got the unwanted product in the mail.) No answer as of today from the email asking a refund and asking how to return the product (unused). Tried to call their number 888-511-5312 and this number is"not in service". I will now file a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. The unauthorized amount of 109.97 for CannaPro Tincture

I had the same experience with over $100. charged to my credit card and an unordered bottle of cbd sent. I called the number on the bottle and was told I could get a partial refund if I mailed it back to Odessa, FL. The street address does not exhist according to the post office. I called them back and was told it is the right street address. After reading above experiences I realize I will not get the offered refund so did not sent the package back. I will call again tomorrow.

I had the same experience! These people are nothing but scammers and both the Justice Department and FCC need to go after these people. I am contacting the Arkansas State Attorney General to go after them and lock them up!

ordered off line via face book cbd free just pay shipping of $5.99 but thats all i ordered because they had several celebertys saying it was good and they recommended it they charged my card $42.99 could no get them to fix my charge by phone called bank they could not get it fixed so that was about two months ago so last night got a email from cannapro with a bill that said they were charging my credit card $109.97 for something they were sending me 3/20/2020 at 8:22pm they charged my card called them 3/21/2020 they said computer problems took my phone number said they would call me back in two hours. after two hours called them back on same number told me same story about call back. have not gotten call back.

I too ordered and ended up disputing the transaction. Then a few months later I get a charge for $109.97 for cbd oil that I did not order. I will be changing my credit card number.

Facebook runs ads for this product! I fell for it! They send you a sample for $5.95 but then they take hundreds of dollars out of your bank account! Had to change all my credit cards and bank account numbers! BEWARE Facebook should be sued for allowing these ads in the first place Luckily I got my numbers changed before they could clean me out

Fri. Received unordered sleep aid with no paperwork of any kind. Today, Tues. 2/4 received CBDoil 1 ounce bottle and CBD soothing rub 2 ounce jar. Know nothing about this company. Placed no order! Today’s enclosed order says ordered by me and billed to me. No cost given! There’s no company name or phone number given.

This company used to be called Cachet CBD. I had ordered with them, and concurrently filed a ScamPulse.com complaint against them because they use your credit card without your consent.

This time, they claim to be endorsed by Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil, and said it’s a free trial of CannaPro CBD. I didn’t realize it was the same company until it arrived, and I saw the address. I told the customer service person I spoke to that they are NOT authorized to use my credit card for future transactions, but they’ve done it before, and will do it again.

The free trial product they sent me is flavored oil, NOT CBD. These people need to be put out of business permanently. They are scammers and thieves.

I ordered,WHAT I THOUGHT, a CBD product. I understood it to be from Phil Michelson and Tiger Woods. When I checked on delivery, I asked where the product was manufactured "not permitted to tell you". Where is the main office located "not permitted to tell you". At that point, I knew this was a problem. I FINALLY received the products – drops, cream and a sleep aid. I got drops and the cream. There is nothing on the label as to where the item was manufactured, only the distribution center in Odessa, Florida. No one would give me any information. I’m not finding anything on the Internet – only one company Canada, that mentions "there are other companies out there using our name" – I spent $102.99. I’m still waiting to hear back, but I’m sure I never will. I also will NOT take any of this product. I have no idea where it came from and who is behind it.
