I ordered and paid for two legal forms kits: a parenting and a separation agreement kit. I was able to download and access the parenting kit. However, for the separation agreement kit, the link they sent me required an access code in order to open it. There was no access code. I attempted to request help, but never received a response. When I complained, this is the response that I received:
