I ordered a monthly subscription of a candy box to be delivered to my nephews. Shame on me for not checking the contact information first. Ordered December 8th for xmas presents. I have never received the 1st ones. Tried to contact via only way possible and that is through the website message system. I have never had a response.
They have a facebook page and have tried contacting them that way as well. I realized there was a major problem when MANY of the posts said the same things I said: no boxes received and no return communication.
Because it is a subscription service, they charged me again after 3 months.
