This company took 5 yes 5 payments out in 1 day each of 201.44 and 210.44 an I o lot noticed due to I was checking my account and was blown away and had Fraud Security freeze my account cancel my card after I tried contacting this company in which was enforced by Wayne Gretzky apparently and there was no fine print if reorder on any of the information that I agreed to purchase 😡
I have filed BBB FRAUD AND BANK FRAUD… they tried to take over 1000.00 from me in one day

Amber – Jan 28, 2021

Same story as everyone above. So many people. Shameful, that this is allowed. Tons of complaints on BBB, I left one as well, but what’s the point? Nothing gets done and consumers just keep getting scammed. “Luckily” I checked my credit card statement before actually getting it and caught the scam after the first (two at once) charges. After the whole ordeal of noone caring I just canceled my credit card. Shame!

On my FB I received a message that promoted a miracle medicine CBD that DOCTOR OZZ and DOCTOR PHILL had developed together because they didn’t want people to suffer anymore. Because they want to make it available to as many people as possible, they give it away!
I fell for it and then 4 days ago I received a possible fraud alert from my bank. I looked and there are 2 completely unfamiliar charges totalling nearly $300. I am a disabled senior living in poverty. The money they stole was my grocery and expenses money! The bank doesn’t care as i apparently signed up and provided my card info. THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SHUT DOWN. Facebook has to be held accountable and RCMP notified.

I placed an order early January for a free trial that Mike Holmes (Canadian Building Expert/TV Personality), endorsed on Facebook. I now see that this scam has been going on for awhile. Why is Facebook still allowing this? Can’t Mike Holmes get them to stop using his name. Anyway, I received a notice from my bank yesterday that there was a fraudulent transaction of 130.57 by foristesto.com My credit card is now cancelled and this is a good lesson learned.

Sean – Jan 09, 2021

Same as everyone else. Scammed into trying free trial. JUST PAY FOR SHIPPING. Well let me tell you this has been the most expensive shipping in my life for a little tiny bottle. They shipped once. I never expected a 2nd so I never had reason to check credit card. And suddenly I get an email around Christmas time saying my shipment had left and here is your tracking number. Went to check credit card and not only did they charge for Dec but Nov as well, but I never got an email nor the product. Bunch of crooks. How come this gets 0 attention from the authorities. Same goes for company by the name of Holly Nation supposedly selling palm trees. Ordered 2 in Sept. got the run around. Order lost but not to worry they would send out another as soon as their stock was replenished. Never heard from them again. Number is disconnected. SHAME ON FACEBOOK for allowing these phony companies on their site. I thought being on Facebook it would be legit. Stupid me!

I did pretty much the same thing as the above people did and now suffering the consequence. I did it because Wayne Gretzky supposedly endorsing their product. If that is true, he should be stripped of his Order of Canada honor. After I found out it’s CBD oil when I received the bottle I didn’t open it. I even kept the packing material hoping I could send it back for a full refund.

Trisha – Dec 05, 2020

As others have mentioned previously, I requested a free sample of Canadian Extracts hemp oil and did pay for the shipping charge, but did not sign up for a monthly delivery. The oil arrived with no instructions or invoice. I’m convinced that the oil is the equivalent of a cooking oil. I’m embarrassed to say that I have been charged $136.56CA for 2 months, as I did not check my credit card statement carefully, and only today, after getting an email saying that a new shipment was charged to my account, did I call my credit card company for assistance. They said that after 30 days they cannot request a refund, but to call the Canadian extracts company directly to cancel future orders, which I did. The representative that I spoke to said that they would refund the order dated yesterday because it had not been shipped, yet, but they do not allow returns or give refunds after 30 days. The shipping charge is from a totally different company and the monthly charge is for another different company. This is a scam! Please beware!

This place is a joke. It seems that the fine print says, if you don’t cancel you subscription within 30 days of ordering the trial offer, you will be charge over $100.00 per product. On Nov 2nd I called to cancel my so called subscription only to find out it had already been sent. I would have to wait till I got it, then send it back, unopened for a refund. Well, I didn’t receive it till Nov. 17th, went directly to the post office, and sent it back to them. I put a tracking number on it so I would know they got it. Today, Nov. 19th, they received it. I called about getting a refund and they said it would take up to 20 days to process showing that they did get it back, unopened. So that amazingly puts it past the 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the time it is shipped to you to return it. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST, WHO DON’T SPEAK VERY CLEAN ENGLISH. DEFINITELY NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY.

Valerie – Nov 11, 2020

Big scam. ordered free sample in august. Received a small bottle and tried it. Did nothing for me so i forgot all about it. Check my credit card statement today and found that they have been charging me 99,95 us for the last 3 months for the same little bottle of useless product. Stay far away from Canadian Extracts. Big time scam. Was able to get through to their customer service line today and got them to cancel my order. Will wait and see if they do..

Cynthia – Nov 11, 2020

On Sep 5, 2020 I ordered a “Free Trial” bottle of CBD oil appearing to be endorsed by Mike Holmes, a Canadian Building Expert/TV Personality, followed by a monthly shipment if you did not cancel before the end of the trial period of 2 weeks.. I found out afterwards that Mike’s name was used illegally. I also thought it was a Canadian company based in Toronto, ON until I found out their phone # was 833 area code. On Sep 17, 2020 I replied to their order confirmation email, which was the same address as their support email, and told them not to ship any further product and cancel the monthly subscription. Just to be sure, because of the possibility of a scam involving them and another product, I cancelled my credit card. I heard no more from them.
Good thing I cancelled my credit card because on Sep 22, 2020 my credit card company declined a transaction for CA$133.38 (probably US$99) from FORTISTESTO.COM. They turned out to be a company flogging a health supplement “Fortis Testo”. I don’t know whether they are connected with Canadian Extracts or Canabury Farms but the timing is right for either.

I just fell for a similar Scam. Same company different celeb (Seth Rogen) this time. I ended up calling them almost within the hour of making my order, because of your review. I did get ahold of someone, and without them saying anything to me first about the company, the guy on the other end said, Name and address please. I told him, “No, I’m not going to give you any of my information. I’ll tell you the order number then you’ll cancel my order and refund me my money”. He said, he can’t do that. He needed personal info. So we “discussed” this for about 5 mins, and finally I broke down and gave him my email addy. He then proceeded to tell me he cancelled my order. I didn’t trust at all that I wouldn’t be still charged at some point the $99.00 US. So, I ended up calling my bank and cancelling my card. I’ll go to my local branch on Monday and get a new card. I feel so stupid!
