The company is advertising Yeti cups and products at really cheap prices on Facebook. I ordered a Tiffany blue Yeti cup on 12/30/16. My $$ was debited from my account immediately but as of today, I still haven’t received it. I have sent numerous messages, emails, and left several voicemails but no one has responded back with an update. After reading the reviews from this site, I realize they are scammers and have stolen from a lot of other people too. I wish those reviews were available when I originally ordered

They featured sales on their website and facebook for deals on Yeti mugs during "cyber Monday". I checked out the website, ordered a 20 oz Yeti rambler for a sale price of $23.99 and a spillproof lid for $4.79 + shipping at $3.99 for a total of $32.77. I placed the order on 28 November 2016 and as of 7 December 2016, have not received shipping information. I have emailed them numerous times seeking the shipping info and ultimately asked for a refund. The money has been deducted from my checking account and have not heard a single thing from them. I checked their facebook and it appears they delete all comments left by users- there were several negative comments regarding them being a scam and taking money, 12 hours later, they delete these comments. A google search proves that many others have fallen for their ads and have never received an item or money in return. I have emailed them 6 times with no response. I tried calling and their number just told me all operators were busy and to leave a message.
