Joseph called stating that ADT had been bought by Protection One and they were updating the equipment at the house. The panel and add new cameras. They had my name, date of birth, address and monthly payment for security company. He said they would be out today or Monday to complete the work. Called ADT and they said they had nothing to do with the call and information was elevated to management.
