Nicole Wilson extension 1205 claimed that there was a debt and they were going to file charges put a hold on her bank account they contacted family members wanted our social security number and our address we refused and they said oh well we’ll just go ahead and send the paperwork and when you get your paperwork you can hand it to your attorney.

Robo calls to house and people I know claiming they are have filed a court motion to attach all my bank accounts and personal property. The call wants me to call back at the 800 #. I am not calling them back. They left a message on my husband’s cell phone and our house phone. I looked up the number and found that this company claims to be a legal firm but is actually some company that purchases old debts and harasses people. I have not received anything from this company about a debt. Further, I am signed up with Freedom Debt Relief and any debts I do owe are with them.

They have called my cell phone and my work looking for me saying that I have a debt owed and when I ask what the debt is for they hang up on me. They are constantly calling and I have no debt owed. They say they are going to lock down all my bank accouts and file a lawsuit against me, for what.
