I was contacted for a job offer through a job site for an administrative assistant position with a company called exceed. I was told i would be working from home and that I needed to purchase Steam gift cards so I can receive a laptop, printer and time tracking applications for the work I needed to do. They told me I would be reimbursed and I was but after I deposited the check a couple of days the check was canceled and at that point I was told to transfer money to someone and ship phones as well. I was sent another check and after a couple of days it was cancelled putting my account as overdrawn. Finally they sent me checkbooks of banks I had no account with but with my name and address on them and they told me to write a check to myself and deposit in my account.
