on c2cx, The problem started when I tried to withdraw all my coins and I couldn’t, opened 4 tickets already and they always say the same “Site just went into maintenance” which is stupid, its been 3 weeks with this issue and I need my money back

Spencer –

I signed up just to buy some coins, then I wanted to withdraw my funds, It was never approved and my account got blocked, I tried to contact their support, It never worked , wrote on several review websites nothing until I got in contact with the CEO, Scott freeman and he headed the scam and said “It would be sorted” that was 6 weeks after I wrote to him, then wrote him again and I found out I was blocked, I lost already $11,500 to this exchange then,
Fortunately for me, I found that in some forums were similar stories to mine, and but they got their funds back. I followed up with this and got to know of some expertise combating financial Fraud, Secured Recovery, I contacted them, and luckily got my funds out too.
These companies just pull exit scam. That’s all they do here. I’d leave a address to write to them requesting they help you get your fund out too if you have been scammed.

Been reading the same stuff that happened to me on a telegram group of c2cx, a crypto exchange that steals your money and there’s no way to a refund, they manage to keep 10% of my money that I keep there as I like to trade and with that, I mean 4k. They gave me an excuse every time and I was tired of it, called and contacted the CEO and he doesn’t care about my problem feels like, he ignores those calls and emails. Everyone on the group it is complaining about this, seems like an exit scam to me.

Got a couple of tickets with an issue with C2CX that it’s an exchange managed by a scammer “Scott freeman”, it’s been 4 months since I opened the first ticket, because my account was locked with 2.3 btc in. After a long time of trying to reach this guy I gave up and wanted to close my account because I found out that they sell private information to Russian people. Some guy uploaded a vlog talking about how he found out this about Scott. I’m in panic, I’m not just scammed my money, my private information too.

A Chinese crypto exchange “C2CX” are publicly making ADS that say you get money when you sign up, but it’s a lie, I lost my whole stack because the more you deposit the more, they give you. This happened a couple of months ago and I thought it was a mistake from them but when I tried to get in contact with their support team and with the owner Scott freeman, it was always the same answer “We are working on it” or “We are under maintenance”, abuse to their clients, stealing money and information.

Got an account on C2CX, have been trading these past days in there and everything was fine. Until I tried to withdraw, made nice profits and wanted some cash so withdrew half of my btc to my personal wallet but apparently I got my account frozen, I cannot make any moves, started to send a lot of emails to [email protected] and try to call them, but everything I try is useless with these guys, they do nothing to help me withdraw my money and fix this issue. Fond that this is typical on their website, a lot of people complaining about this kind of behaviors here: https://revain.org/exchanges/c2cx . At this point there’s much to do than report them to you guys, please help.

Met a guy in a telegram group, his name is Scott freeman, apparently he’s the CEO of c2cx, a almost dead crypto exchange, he was publicly promoting a ICO pool, his plan was to reach 200 btc and participate in this ico called crypto curve, I liked the idea, icos were very popular at the time and a easy way to make money, gave him 3btc almost 12k at the moment. This ico pool happen when btc was at 4k and in the end, the guys gave the money back saying that they didn’t make the ico, guess what happened when Scott contacted to say he won’t give me my 3 btc because the price of btc changed, it would have been 33k now but instead he gave me 1.2 btc. Been talking to him and saying this was not fair but he doesn’t want to give my 2.8 btc back.

Hey, Scott Freeman the ceo of C2CX and ITR group is selling a trading bot opportunity, but the bot is a fail, he offers the license like its one of the best trading feature in the crypto space, that’s until you use it and realize you got scammed. Paid him about 3k for a year subscription and with this he said the bots would make gains weekly which is a lie, I’m just losing money with this bot, putted 1 btc to trade and 2 weeks after I noticed it lost almost 30% of it so I told him this and to pay my money back, that I didn’t want a useless bot and he got offended and told me I was lying. I wrote him again to say sorry and if he could give my money back, I got blocked and never got to hear about him.

In this crypto space is so easy to get scam, last thing that happen was when I tried to participate in a ICO in a crypto exchange c2cx, the ceo himself Scott Freeman, presented the opportunity on a telegram group, he wanted to collect about 20 btc to make it happen, I threw 1.3 btc there because ICO’s are very profitable. About 5 weeks passed since then and he was nowhere to be found until the ico we were supposed to be in, came out with a 3.3x which means I would get 3.9 BTC, I was feeling great until he said that a problem happened and he couldn’t get in so he gave me back my 1.3 but I don’t believe him, IMO he got in and stole or lost all the money that was made so he made that excuse so he didn’t have to pay it. Abosolute scam, hope you guys can do something with this case.

Have a conflict with a crypto exchange called C2CX which its impossible to get in touch with, they don’t pick up the phone that they got on their page and that I later found out its actually the number of a company called IT’R group, I thought for a second it was a mistake but no, the ceo of both companies is the same person, Scott Freeman. So, I procced to contact him, his page owes me 800$ that I deposited 2 months ago, I emailed them and nothing, opened about 3 tickets same results. At this point I was tired of waiting so I contacted the ceo by telegram, turns out he knew about my problem because it was an “issue” with their page, he said the page was on maintenance, but I told him how can this last so long? that I don’t have my money back after month. Well, I have not seen my money till this day, they just keep saying the same about some system update.

CEO of a crypto exchange called C2CX is scamming people and I’ll tell you how. First you get know the guy by telegram, email, phone, thinking he’s good because he got that ceo tittle making a lot of people believe in him, he then offers you a deal that makes you want to invest in, In this particular reason, a ICO investment was what happened to me. He promised me a 2x ROI of my investment that was 5k, but when the ICO went out he literally disappeared, when I tried to contact him by telegram, messages don’t even get to him. Read about him, that he sells private information to *** people too, so if someone sings up on c2cx, its going to the ***.

Noticed this exchange C2CX thanks to their advertisement, they promote that they will give you about 0.5% of what you deposit so I got interested and went hard, transferred about 6k the same day I saw their ads. When I logged in I couldn’t see my balance or anything. Looked up the transaction ID on the blockchain and the block is confirmed, so I started to create tickets about my issue, their customer support doesn’t even replay, told them I didn’t even want the 0.5% anymore, just want my 6k back. Went to their telegram group https://t.me/C2CX_EN and apparently there’s a lot of people with the same problem, spoke about my issue and got insta-kicked and banned.

They don’t help with this issue after tickets and tickets made, feels like I will never see my money back because now I found that C2CX is always doind this kind of scams, first they advertise you to join the page, you deposit and your funds are gone, this is all thanks to the person behind Scott freeman.

Talked with them and they said to pay half first and the other one when the job is done and I did, paid them about 2k and they disappear, it took more than 4 weeks so I called, with them saying that they don’t know who I was, sent them the TXID with screenshots of our conversation and they said that was not them. This is because now everyone know he does this service and he can’t be selling this information to anyone. C2CX is using ad’s in social media recommending and telling people to sing up in their crypto exchange, that they will be giving btc away when you join their exchange and trade. I got interested so I registered and deposited, I couldn’t believe it at first, they gave me 0.04 BTC (that’s like 350$), it looks that they “gave me 20% of my deposit because It was 1750$ which felt very good. One day I heard about some IEO on other exchange and I wanted to withdraw the money but there’s no way to get it back, they just don’t give the money that was supposed to be in your account as soon as you long in, you can’t even withdraw the money you deposited in the first place. Had 2k in the account, so I was trying to get it back with a call to their team, I did, and they didn’t even know what I was talking about, they said that promo isn’t from them but from the CEO, that I should contact him. Later I found out that I’m not the only one, on their telegram group “C2CX English”. There’s a lot of people having the same situation and we all grouped up to report this.

I went through C2CX obtuse setup to sign in (that goes against everything bitcoin is about but whatever) and I bought a big bag of a coin called TNB with 1.2 BTC I transferred, they assured the fees were FREE. Then I saw my balance immediately and saw that I had lost 0.18 btc (like 1600$) of the value (15% of my trade). I emailed them about it and they said that they use a special rate for btc transactions that they don’t tell the consumer, and that it’s my responsibility to check how much BTC I’m getting when I do the trade through their exchange that said the fees are free which is [censored]ed, how would I know this? IMO this was classic bait just to get people to register and steal their crypto, this not explained ANYWHERE on their website. False advertising and a scam.

I used this C2CX Exchange to buy GALT token. To do so I decided I was going to sell my fun fair tokens. At the time fun fair was training for around $0.06 a coin. I guess this is my fault because I figured C2CX would be trading for the fair market value of the coin. So, I sold without calculating, I knew before I sold them I should have ended up with about $500 worth of btc. It was after I sold them I realized I only ended up with about $300 worth of btc. I then did the math and realized they gave me less than $0.04 a token for my fun fair after realizing what happened I decided I was going to buy my fun fair back. But to buy it back they were charging $0.08 a token. Then tried to withdraw it and pf, the site said that I had balance, didn’t even understood what was going on, emailed them and they said I don’t even have and account… what? in conclusion first these guys steal my coins because there is not liquidity and then “delete” my account with everything in.

Last month, I was suddenly having trouble in logging into my C2CX account, only to find out few days later, my account was “hacked”. All my coins were sold and then withdrew all my balance from my wallet without any confirmation. Normally, in the past, it needed my withdrawal confirmation from my email before a withdrawal was made, but not this time. Withdrawal was made without my email approval. I always check my email, so I did not know why C2CX were not sending me all these activities in my email. However, the IP address of the “hacker”, after backtracking the login data was from China, so very different from my regular ip address. At first, I thought it was just them logging in to give a “customer check”, but C2CX simply disabled my account after all my tokens were stolen. I thought it was really a hack, but then I made my investigation and found out that the wallet that the tokens were sent, was from C2CX. Then I found out that Scott Freeman that is C2C is known by been doing this kind of activities before, this is his BTC address were he sent my bitcoins: 3K4LwCa5PDWK68Hf5TvmMoqxC428grGMMF , I lost all my bitcoins (about 9 units) which was worth about 76K.

Frustratingly enough, any new support tickets are closed immediately, yet they can’t even provide a "we’re still working on it, don’t worry" update on my missing deposit ticket. Honestly feels like I lost it all, looked up some reviews about the exchange and as a matter of fact saw that their CEO Scott Freeman, takes advantage of their clients with the money on his exchange and sharing private information to Russian people, like wtf how is this guy’s still free going around stealing from people? unbelievable from him, for all I know my money’s in limbo and they won’t help get it back.

Went thru an endless ride called KYC/AML process which involve supplying lot of personal information in the form of selfies, passport copies, credit card and bank statements, utility bills, proof of funds…etc, did it for nothing in the end, I’ve never reach them after making the unlock request, and now my hard earned money will stay there perhaps forever; made my research about them and saw that I was not the first one, their ceo life for this, been doing this since 2017 not just stealing money, personal information too.

This crypto exchange “C2CX” suddenly delist a coin without any announcement, got a good amount of this coin called UCASH and I lost a lot of money because of this. They register new coins for a certain period and then put it offline when they have made enough money. The big problem is that there is no other exchange that offers the same coin, so you are stuck with literally useless coins which you can’t move out of the exchange. There is no proper support neither, I waited for days for some feedback which usually says, "sorry we can’t help you". I don’t know what’s going on, tried to contact their CEO by telegram to see if he could help and he promised me help, but he has not till this day.

They put their advertisement using promo codes about “giving crypto away” like btc, then make ppl to join their website because they won’t give you the btc until you deposit at least 500$, so they convince to put money in. But, it’s all false, made a deposit of 0.1btc that its worth 600$ at the time and I won the promo code, they “gave me 100$” but when I tried to withdraw, I was not able to withdraw any of my money, I fell in this scam.

I am a new user on C2CX crypto exchange. As expected, I started an account, connected 2FA and made a deposit of 2k in my account, that’s less than 0.4 BTC, just to trade and invest in some coins that are listed there. On the same month, I tried buying some coins and everything was fine, the second month I made decent money and wanted to withdraw profits to my personal wallet then all the sudden I was blocked and demanded to be verified. I did the KYC even though their page says that KYC is not required for withdraws of less than 2 BTC. Joined their telegram to ask for help, found their CEO scott freeman there, dmed him about my issue and he said that KYC was necessary to be able to withdraw 0.13 btc, I told him that I don’t give my information away, that’s why I created my account there because it was possible to trade without KYC then he said that that week C2CX updated that policy, KYC is required now. Wanted to cash out and delete my account immediately, told him so and he ignored me and blocked. Scammed me my 0.47 btc that were in my account, so sad.

C2CX management have decided to suspend withdrawals of thousands and thousands of traders and hold their funds and took them in an ride called KYC/AML process which involve providing sensitive data including but not limited to passport copies, selfies, utility bills, credit card, bank statements, source of funds, history of trading, screen shots of trades made in the past…etc This has proven to be a very long and potentially endless process due to the amount of time taken by their support and security teams to respond and move to the next step before they go back to square one and repeat the cycle again and again. I think this is intentional.

Found out that Scott freeman CEO of C2CX is selling his clients information to Russian people, giving them our identities and offering money laundering. At first, I didn’t believe it, I have an account in their exchange and it started to get ugly to the point all I see is bad news about them, every forum is talking about C2CX scamming people. So, I wanted to delete all my information from their page, went to their telegram group and a women Arong Xu, told me that its not possible to erase my account, I gave up and tried to withdraw my money for the first time in 1 year using this exchange and there it was unconfirmed transaction… Sent over 3 tickets I believe and nothing happens. Wish there could be a way to find this out.

There was an IEO called “CNNS” on Gate.io and Scott Freeman hosted a pool on his telegram group https://t.me/C2CX_EN . The pool goal was 100k, we couldn’t reach it so he said that he would return the money back, he didn’t, 3 weeks passed by and it started to feel weird because last April 24th the IEO got listed and started to be trade on Gate.io with a 6.5kx and he returned the money after they listed the coin which it was really shady. I really think he got in, took all the profits, didn’t share a bit and used us. I’ll now stay away from Scott Freeman and anything that has to do with him. Their C2CX exchange trading engine is always down (hours at the time) and extremely glitchy. Customer support is awful, it takes hours for someone to chat-reply to you and they never have a straight answer. I lost a lot of money thanks to this guy.

A company that advertises all over the Internet that they offer purchase of digital currency by credit card in dollar. Only to find that they don’t take US issued credit cards. They force an exhaustive verification system of both your payment method (credit card) and identity verification (DL ID) but only tell you that your verified payment method doesn’t work the first time you try and use it. Seems to me they are just harvesting personal information, then I found out they are a Chinese exchange and its common to see Chinese scams in the crypto space. Investigated their CEO and it’s a guy known for these kinds of actions, “Scott Freeman”, googled this man and only saw bad things, there’s a possibility that they are selling my information to Russian people right now.

Opening an account in this company is probably one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen crypto related. Have two kinds of verification process which takes about a month, then when you deposit is fast but for withdraws? it takes weeks to confirm! and it fails all the time. I’ve opened several support tickets but NO response at all. They have collected my personal information in exchange of availability for trade in cryptocurrencies, which they DID NOT FULFILL. They’re openly scamming me and I’m probably not the only one.

C2CX was hosting a pool of an ICO called “Crypto Curve”, they offered a good token bonus, so I agreed, paid them 5 BTC that was 274,329 CRV tokens + bonus that as like 20% of the investment that equals 329,194 which they didn’t give me. Received 229,124 tokens, try to claim the other 100k and they ignored me and told me that was it. Incredible to be honest, after we made such a deal they stole me those coins, literally x2 of the bonus, it was just a false bonus to make you invest in.

C2CX is a shady exchange with some weird activities, read about some money laundering that Scott Freeman was offering to Russian people and that he uses his exchange for this. My friend told me he deposited some btc into c2cx and they blocked his account. How can this be a thing? This guy needs to be investigated so I did and found out that he works with some weird group called the ITR group located in China with this address “F/26, Lekai Building, 660 Shangcheng Road, Pudong, Shanghai 200120” and they do some dirty stuff, a lot of people complaining about being stolen or scammed by these guys.
