I paid a ticket in the mail and put money ($120 cash) in the blue island post office mail box, right outside of the building. A week later I receive a sloppy hand written letter from a (C.johns) stating “found on post office floor” writing looks like a child. Inside the letter I received was my ticket ripped in half, money gone. I brought this to the attention of the post office and the worker ( African American male with long hair) helped me.date tue April 17,2018 . Said his supervisor was on the phone and to write my name and incident down and I will receive a call.. I never did. I am beyond upset. This is thief and illegal.
