Type of a scam Debt Collections
I was left a voicemail by a unknown man telling me I had a dispute filed against me through *** *** ***, quoting my social security number, that was attached to a address(*** *** *** *** ** ***1) and also he give me a (re[censored]). I called the number because I knew this was a scam, I spoke with (LUCY PHILLIPS #119), she explained they (G & C LITIGATION) were hired by *** *** *** to collect on loan I had in 2012-2014, she said the loan wasn’t paid off and she could set up payments with me now or they would have to serve me a SD-100 to appear in court. I told her, the loan was paid and this address(*** *** *** *** ** ***) was never an address of mine. She continued to threaten me about paying this loan now, I told her I would be reporting this to my local police, then she said she would email me the information her company had, I received nothing. The police told me to call them back to get a address, Lucy Phillips told me she was not going to give me anything, because she didn’t have to. I’m very concerned about this, mainly because these people have my full social security number. I truly need help to find these people and STOP THEM!!!
