I ordered a pink dress off the shoulder, needed it for a wedding and paid the extra $9.48 for 2-Day shipping on top of my $141 pink dress. I ordered it on a tues, and Friday came and still no dress so I e-mailed their only method of customer service “[email protected]” I emailed asking when they were planning on shipping it the optimist I was. Now the weekend has come and gone without any type of reply from the “customer service e-mail address” they only provided the option for…..So on Monday I finally called my credit card company to dispute ByRaya’s charge since they never delivered my package and the wedding is only a week and a half away….DO NOT BUY FROM “ByRaya.com.”
