Frank wanted to buy my car but first wanted me to run my report on the above web site but after looking at NMVTIS their website was not an "approved" place to spend my money. So I texted Frank back and told him their website is not one of the 13 approved sites. So I cancelled my meeting with him for 11.30am tomorrow morning. He used the above phone text number to communicate with me.
