Type of a scam Employment
I received notification from a company BVT Consults that I had been selected as an Administrative Assistant for their new office opening in Calgary. They sent me a "certified cheque " and I want to let you know this is a scam. I took the cheque to the bank it was from and they advised me it is not good. The cheque was from Dominion Citrus Limited. Do not give these people your banking information. Do not send them back the deposit slip if you have deposited the cheque as you are liable for it.
