Type of a scam Investment
Got a call from this company interested in purchasing vacant land I own in teller county Colorado, guy asks If I am the owner of it and tells me the info from the county assessors office, acres, how much I paid, my listed address. Then he makes me an offer worth 3 times what it is worth, I say sure, send me the check. He states it’s all done online from their pngage, all I have to do is give them my credit card info and pay the small up front closing fee and they will do the rest, I should have a fat check in 2 to 3 weeks! I said I don’t give out my credit card number over the phone, he gets agitated with me and says the deal cant be done without it, I said ok bye!
