aWARE this site stolen your money

Unfortunately I too have bought shoes from this ‘company’ on 13th May. I have tried contacting them via email, heard nothing back. I then have spoke to them on their online chat, asking for a tracking number and yet again I have had nothing back either. They just ignore. The only time they reply is when they think you need help buying something. I paid with credit card, my bank said I can’t try to do anything until day 15. I really hope I can get my money back. I wish I had looked this company up before buying. What a lesson!

Hi friends… I also have been scammed.. I just pay through PayPal, and suddenly sepshoe email me that their server is down and did not receive any payment from me. My money in Paypal is gone already. Currently, I struggle to get my money back from Paypal as Paypal say that my money is already sent to their company which is now I am in limbo

I went on sepshoe to purchase of pair of shoes. At check out it said something went wrong with my Visa card and redirected me by itself to paypal. Since the exact same amount ($94.00)was being asked of me for to submit for the shoe I thought it was legit. The Company has no direct contact info, there’s no tracking number, no specific days that its supposed to be shipped and delivered. I recieved an email from paypal saying I submitted a payment of ($94.00) to a Hongliang Zhou which is not sepshoe. I’m trying to recoup my money back from this purchase asap.

Hello. Last night, I used a visa card to tried purchasing an order, not know it was a scam. However, during the process payment, it said that the payment did not go through. And I was bought back to the website, SepShoe. I was wondering if this happened to you ? Did your order status say it was paid?

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered one item. Billed for amount over purchase price, never received product, seitched contact email address that I had been corresponding with. Also, when I first began looking at the website it stated their main office is in USA and warehouse in Hong Kong. Now upon further inspection website may be in Netherlands. There is someone that will email you back making the transaction seem legitimate. Eventually the person that continyally signed the email as "Jessica" sent a "this is a no-reply email address".
