The merchant received the funds through Apple Pay on October 29, 2019, but, as of December 19, 2019, they did not provide the product. On November 2, 2019, the merchant said a refund would be issued and on December 11, 2019, the bank issued a letter stating that Apple Pay is disputing the chargeback. The merchant fraudulently collected funds without providing the product. There have been numerous complaints online and this alleged business needs to be investigated.

I made a purchase from this girl at the beginning of November. She sent me an email a few days later saying my hair would be shipped a week later and a tracking number would be sent soon. The day came and nothing, no tracking number. So I contacted the seller and she said the shipment would go out the following week. I finally received a tracking number but it was in the pre-shipment status for week(and still today, over a month later). I’ve been contacting the seller and she keeps ensuring me everything is ok, and she already shipped the package, but according to the tracking number she never took it to the post office. She now refuses to cancel my order and refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, IT IS A SCAM!
