Interesting everyone else has had near identical experiences to me. Ordered a jacket in May 2020, only received a confirmation email saying payment had been processed (of course they ensure this occurs first!) and order was confirmed. This company advertises cute fashion styles at low prices on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. and takes payment without delivering and without company contact information available that leaves the customer without money and product.
I had to file a claim with my bank and change credit and debit cards. This is a dangerous theft and fraudulent scheme and these unlawful persons should be apprehended and charged with the crimes they are committing.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 5 months ago and never received anything. Contacted customer support 3 times, got a reply the first time then nothing. Like the other complaints listed I ordered from Buffarea and then did not receive my merchandise. My paypal was charged immediately, about 7 weeks later I received two pieces of an 8 item order. They were the wrong size and horrible quality. I emailed their service "department" and Doris emailed me DAYS later that I could not cancel the order as it had already been shipped and I said I wanted to return what I had received. No return shipping information was provided. In the email from Doris I was told the other items had shipped but when I investigated the shipping information given they had NOT been shipped. I have filed complaints with Pay Pal and with Federal Trade Commission. This company is a fraud and you will lose your money or get horrible merchandise.

I have emailed “[email protected]” believing that site was used to place my order…no response so I forwarded it the next day to buffarea (in case it didn’t get my first request) and during forwarding everything, all text, addresses, etc., showed up in Chinese. I have my order number and thankfully the money paid was through USAA, so now I will at least get my money back and USAA can investigate and help get these erroneous shopping sites shut down. Wish me luck…at least I only lost 64 bucks so that’s a plus. This is probably the worst experience I have had with retail online since the beginning of the internet. I ordered some winter clothes in mid January. My first item came one day before adjudication by PayPal on my complaint, and because I signed for it at my front door, I lost (in May). The second item came this week, June. It is a cheap plastic replica of the jacket on their website. It’s junk. I’m still waiting for a few more items five months after I ordered. This company is horrible, designed to fool us with their gorgeous website. Don’t even think about it. Their customer service lady Ivy is an expert in lying: she swears the item is shipped, gives a tracking order that doesn’t work, delays the complaints and kicks them down the road. I am disgusted with this company. They are based in China even though the website looks American. The Better Business Bureau would be useless against them.

May 16, 2020, I googled a companies selling yellow mustard booties. I found the company on google and purchased 2 pair of bootie shoes and a dress. I received an email confirmation of the order. I checked my bank and the money was withdrawn from my bank. I saved the order confirmation. I tried to retrieve the document and the document is now showing no contents in the body of the email confirmation.
Same exact thing happened to me…confirmation email came; email disappeared…not only the contents of the email but the entire note…disappeared! The best thing to do with scam sites is to report it/them to your banking institution, BBB, everyone and everything you can think of and if enough of us file complaints, the sites will be removed…eventually!

I placed the order 2 months and 4 days ago and actually received them today! They never responded to my emails sent to the email shown on the paypal transaction. The shoes/ankle boots came today. Not very good quality overall but I have to admit, they are very comfortable. Said leather but doesn’t smell like leather, more of a smell of vinyl. My biggest issue is that you have no idea that you are ordering from a company in China when you see these ads on Facebook or on a Google Search. My suggestion to everyone is not to order anything from Facebook ads. Try to find on-line American companies that are reputable. We should be supporting American companies not companies in China that are ripping us off. Trouble is that the Chinese companies are sneaky and often use addresses in the USA. My husband bought a motorcycle helmet and received something totally different than what he ordered and they said to send it back for a refund but we would have to pay $42 in shipping to send it back. This internet shopping overall is very risky.

After reading reviews on social media, that same exact response was being copied and pasted to anyone who ordered from this company within the last year and beyond. They no longer respond to you after the initial “copied and pasted” response from a girl named Ivy that everyone else posted. This company is 100% scamming customers. Most said they didn’t file anything because it took too much time so there’s no telling how much money they’re actually accumulating from people around the world. I’m a single mother of two so any amount to me sets us back and I will take the time to inform as many people as possible.

I purchased a coat, paid for it and got a conformation.. a couple of days later I got an email saying that my cart was full and I need to pay again.. I did, this time with no conformation. I logged back into the site only to discover that my order was once again pending my payment… when I checked my account, not only had the first payment go through.. but the second one as well… &130+ dollars later, over 6 weeks and still no package or response. Lesson learned. I also emailed them, absolutely no response
