I ordered an All American 21.5 Quart Pressure Cooker but never received it. What they shipped to me was an ugly belt. I contacted them via email and they actually answered me back. I told them what was sent to me and they apologized then asked if I still wanted the item that i originally ordered and I said yes of course. And I have never heard back from them.
