I was working on my computer last night when I heard a loud beep followed by a warning on my screen in a big circle which read "Microsoft call 877-704-2649 immediately". I called the number, and spoke to a man, "Sam Wilson", w/an Indian accent (877-888-8189 x. 404). He said I had a virus. He said eight foreign companies tried to get in my account. He said he could help me and get in my computer and straighten it out. Then he made the screen roll. He showed me something which I didn’t understand, it didn’t mean anything to me. He said he would clean the screen and get rid of the virus. Then a message appeared on the screen which said "We can clean your computer and get rid of the viruses for a mere price of $399.00 for one year. We elected the $849 for a lifetime warranty. I gave him my credit card number. Then the Telhio Fraud department called us and refused the charge. They’ve called us back 25 times.
