Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I was contacted via text regarding a fence that "Bruce" aka scammer needed to have replaced. Bruce wants to mail me a check, but then notified me that his secretary had written the check for an amount that included another contractors portion with my portion. He is mailing it now and even gave me a tracking number. I have to receive it and am glad I found this website. He has yet to inform me of how he wants the overpayment back.
