I first sent in a question on how to fix the printhead on my printer. Then I saw a number to call. When I called the number, I was asked to turn on computer for them to detect the problem with my printer. As the tech asking me personally questions about what I on my computer, he was also trying to explain that hackers were trying to hack into my computer, there were two other things opened that were getting information off my computer. When I noticed it, I closed everything, shutdown my computer and hung up the phone with them. Later I received an email from the question I sumitted about how to fix the printhead that stated, “you suck and &&^& you!”
