They called me and asked for make and model. I told them they called me they should know. He said we will never call you again and hung up. I called the number several times and no one answered. Very suspicious.

They call from different area codes, and sometimes `10 minutes apart. Please get them to desist.

I am getting robo-calls multiple times a day, sometimes minutes apart. I registered their number with the Do Not Call Registry and still they call. It is beyond annoying!

Caller asked "can you hear me?" I replied "yes". I immediately recalled the scam is going around regarding these types of calls so I then hung up. Unfortunately I replied "yes" but I did not provide any other information.

This is a transcription of the voicemail my parents received:

"This is message is intended to contact you. My name is Denis Quaid, and I’m calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the U.S. Treasury intending receiver’s attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional offense to avoid initial appearance for a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 814-615-5024. I repeat 814-615-5024. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

A search of the phone number revealed it belongs to Broadwing Communications. I called this number several times, but most of the calls were dropped after 20-30 seconds. In other calls, I heard an automatic error message after 10 seconds. Once someone answered the phone, speaking extremely poor English. I started explaining that I had received a phone call from this number and was immediately hung up on.
