I rarely pick up the phone when it rings from an unfamiliar number, but I saw "Brightmoor Nurs" on my caller and picked up. My mother-in-law has been in a hospital, so I thought she might be going into a nursing home. I was a victim of the "Can You Hear Me?" scam, and realized it immediately after she hung up.
