I too placed an order for my daughter with similar results to those mentioned above.
No packages delivered, money was debited from my account, got the “run around” from the customer service email link.
This company is a scam!
Do not purchase anything from this company!

Order 6254 I made my purchase 05/07/20 and still haven’t received any of the 3 items I ordered. I have been constantly emailing them and they respond by saying that the items are on the way and I cannot start refund process until I get the items. No tracking information at all for this order! Ridiculous.

Seen Facebook ad for an "Enchanted Rose". Clicked on the link which took me to Brightify.co. Ordered an "Enchanted Rose" on 04/19/2020. Money was debited out of account on 04/20/2020. Received notification order would would be delivered within 2-5 weeks at the latest. It has been nearly two months. Email on the website stated their email address is [email protected] Emailed that address on 06/05/2020 asking for a refund since no product has been received. No response was received. Googled and found another email address to contact them since no response was received. Emailed [email protected] and requested a refund again since no product was received. Received email response from [email protected] stating they are having problems with their shipping carrier. I responded back to them and again requested a refund. Again, received a response that there are problems with their shipping carrier and that the product will be shipped and refused to refund me. There is no address or phone number for this company anywhere on their Facebook page, ad or online, so cannot contact for refund that way.

I have experienced the same thing. I purchased on 5/9/20 and have got nothing but the run around… here is the last response: Hey there,

Your order was shipped awhile ago.

We have contacted our shipping carrier to speed up their delivery process.

We apologize for the delays. You will for sure receive your order.
