A man name Mike stopped to look at a truck I had for sale. While his son was looking at it he walked over and pulled some loose caulking from between my side walk and the brick on the house. When I went in to get my wife he put in about 3 feet of concrete cove. He said he would do the rest of it for material cost of $59 a pound and it would take 22 pounds. The next morning he came over and three times he told me the whole job would cost $1300 and he would also power wash the side walk. After a while he showed me where he had pulled up some caulking and said it was taking more than he thought. He would stop right there or I could pay for the extra material which he said wouldn’t be too much. I had to leave for an hour. When I came back he was done and said the total job was $2200 but if I paid cash it would be $1850 and he would return on Tuesday when it was dried to power wash it. I paid him and haven’t seen him since. He left a business card with a ph# that turns out to belong to his wife. None of my many phone calls have been returned
