Type of a scam Phishing

Saw a Craigslist ad for a camper that was well below the going rate ($2700 for a $12,000+ trailer) for that model. I reached out to the seller by text. My original message "Do you still have the camper for sale?" Their response via text "Hi, you asked about 2016 Forest River priced at $2000.Please text me your email so I can send you pics and more details because due to work i can’t use my phone." At this point I was fairly sure this was a scam but wanted to make sure. I created a burner email and sent that to the seller. I then received the following email to my burner:

"Hello, the trailer is trailer available.

It’s a 2016 Forest River R Pod, in perfect working condition, no body work or paint ever done, garage kept.

Type: 176T- Length (feet): 18 runs excellent. Insulated roof and walls, all LED exterior lighting, rear led flood lights. It will come with a clean and clear title under my name free from any loans or liens.

If you decide to buy it, you’ll receive all the papers(including a clear title), owner’s manual, a notarized buy-sell contract already signed by me.

The price was reduced to $2,000 because I’m in a hurry to find a buyer. I need to sell the trailer before 19th of June, when I will be leaving on military duty with my unit to replace and help the troops scheduled to come home this year.

Hate to sell it but it’s not worth keeping insurance and paying storage fees for a year.

Let me know if you are interested!
