Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered an item off this website, I paid extra shipping to get here faster. I was told to have my product here within 3-7 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to receive any product. The only way to contact this company is through what seems to be a bogus email, they don’t have a address for the company and no phone number. I have sent many emails and the only response I get was that they apologize for the inconvenience but the last one I received is that now they no longer have the product available for me now. They then proceeded to offer me only a 30% of my purchase price as a refund. I stopped the payment with my PayPal account and reported it to them, but this is a warning to all to never use Bravepud.com because they take your money and you never receive the product and then they only offer a 30% refund back to you. This website is a total scam and needs to be taken down and reported.
