We needed non-contact thermometers to allow business to return to normal. Being very difficult to find, I jumped at the fact this company made no reference of back-ordered stock. After a week and a half without any contact, I reached out by phone only to hear there are no representatives available to take the call. This is the same message I receive every time I attempt to contact this number. I left a message on the support portion of the site and received a tracking notification later that day…….not UPS or FedEx, but some generic looking thing that linked nowhere. We checked our credit card statement and saw that the charge was not from Brauntherm, but rather, some Chinese women’s clothing place.
Please avoid making the same mistake and put these people to the curb.
