Brad claims to sell shih tzu puppies out of home and will ship them to anywhere in US. Unfortunately, I did not catch on that it was a scam before we paid $620. When asked for a refund before he ships the puppy there were many excuses as to why he could not give a refund. We are out our money and a puppy.
