Type of a scam Credit Cards

This person contacts businesses to say he wants to buy a lot of whatever product(s) that business sells. If that business bites the scammer uses a stolen credit card number to pay for the products. The credit card number is valid, just stolen, so the transaction might actually go through. If it goes through the scammer tell the business that they need to wire some of that money back to pay for shipping or customs or whatever scam they come up with. If the business continues, they wire the money. Then the scammer disappears. Later the business discovers that the credit card was stolen when a bank or the person who’s credit card it was contacts them to ask about the charge. The business ends up owing the owner of the credit card whatever amount was charged, plus they are out whatever amount they wired to the scammer.
