I have been contacted from Facebook by a man under this name JOHNSON SHAUN ,since April 2019 ,just after I joined a trader group called ZipRecruiter.Johnson started talking to me about a website ,Bridgeportlake(BPL). Bridgeportlake.com. He convinced me to sign up to that BPL ,letting me know that this asset management is going to be giving me every Monday ,specially 5% of the amount I invest in it .After insisting I finally signed up ,also I did so in Coinbase.com from which I was suppose to buy bitcoins ,specially BTC and send them through a BTC wallet to BPL.I received like 700 from my investment ,Johnson pushed me to go to a next level from 5% (Blue plan ) to 8 % weekly (Purple plan).For this purple plan the minimum amount of investment is 10,000,I went even up to 11,900.After reaching the plan ,I received a notice that I should pay 3,500 dollars for the plan I reached,Johnson was still trying to convince me to pay the fee.As they was putting 900 hundred into my ROI(return of investment) I reached 3,700$ I told them to withdraw the amount.That time they did it .Then just after two others weeks they tried to charge me an other fee,this time because I referred three friends,the fee was 2,999 dollars,they stop putting money in my ROI account letting me know they will wait until I pay the fee.I started having suspicious on this BPL and Johnson who contacted me still continued trying to convince me to pay the fee.I refused to pay and told them to give me back the money I invested ,11,900 dollars. They told I will get the money only after a year.Johnson blocked me on Facebook messenger and Facebook page he disappeared .This week I have been block by BPL in which I can no more get access .I recorded all the message with Johnson and screen shorted all conversations with Johnson took his picture from his Facebook account and all e-mails exchanged and all charts with BPL.That how I decided to file a complain against this Bridgeportlake.
Reading this report about BPL investment and how Johnson took our investment, that’s really what these scammers would have us go through. Taking our hard earned funds. I just hope by now this man and the so many who’d have been scammed have recovered their funds but I know they will be punished.
I was a victim too almost losing $15,400 but I was lucky I got my funds back. The company after persuading me to invest with them, after they provided fake proofs all over. I believe them and sent them money and then I kept on sending until their 8% weekly Purple plan. After taking my funds they blocked me and no longer replied to my mails.
I even introduced my friends and colleague to them and some of them invested too.
I was fortunate to come across some forensic experts in financial fraud who later helped me and my friends recover our funds from these scammer.
