We had trouble connecting a Hewlett-Packard wireless printer a year ago. The Hewlett-Packard rep said we could not connect because we had a virus on our computer and recommended a 3rd party "network" tech firm. They "cleaned the computer" and added a firewall, charging $300. Later they told us we had been hacked and the firewall was turned off so we needed a higher security system. They referred us to BP Techs who "cleaned" again and installed a "Dell 10-wall security system" for $2500. They provided phone service for a time and then stopped answering the phone. Apple tells us there is no security system installed on our computer.
