attempted to purchase a puppy, paid orginal amount, then the shipping company and seller required more money, when i refused to pay they refused refund wanting to split the money. then they deleted my account. i lost 720+900!

Trying to purchase a puppy for my kids. After paying for the puppy, they requested additional funds for a specialty crate. When I refuse to pay additional funds, they got very irate, said they were not going to send the puppy, and would not refund my money
