I ordered this nano liquid for my grandsons phone because it was supposed to be tough on preventing damage. I have been wondering the last couple of weeks about it and I was needing to find the invoice, I did tonight, I ordered it on 4/15/2020 This is now 10/25/2020. So I went online to the website and it is all people angry that they have been screwed over. I did not realize I was that screwed over until I found it located on the bank statement, I was charged $58.75 and I want my money back NOW with interest. I printed the paperwork I got from Ashley Keller whom thanks me again for being a supporter of her crime, and nothing shows up when I print of the details…no price, no name of what will show on my statement, all those places are blank.
Sounds like an India outfit. Giving away some tape, for shipping. Then stealing 50.00 or what ever amount the are collecting that day. Probably some demonic terrorist outfit out side the USA. They also tried to run another 119.00+ charge, this failed, but was listed under a different name. The 50$ was under name (GATTSULTRAFITXXL.C ).

I as well ordered the nano tape for 1.95, was charged from my checking 83.50. I wouldnt have even known if I wasnt doing my checkbook balancing. I ordered nano tape way back in7/12/2020l for 1.95 shipping I should have known from t I was charged 83.50 . I immediately called them as soon as I saw the charge of 83.50 which was the next day. The company “Breaking Muscle” 855-285-2850 is how it was listed on my credit card. They were rude and said I had ordered a 1 year subscription to nembersclub and would not refund my money. They hung up on me. This is fraud and deceitful advertising. I always thought that you had 48 hours to cancel. I guess I was wrong. Anything you can do to help ? My email is [email protected]
I ordered a roll of nano tape in May of this year. There was a charge to my account for membership to shop at BoutiqueBuzznow for $60.+ , which I will never use. I never received my $1.99 roll of tape. I received an order confirmation of invoice EEE6DDC446. When I called customer service, I was asked if I had not seen the requirement to join the boutique. I told them that I had not read anything about that. They did assure me that I had purchased a lifetime membership and would not be charged again. I am getting to the point that I am afraid to buy online.

Well I ordered a bottle of nano liquid for phones said it was free just pay $1.95 shipping and handling well when I checked my bank account I was charged$83.50 called got hung up on twice. Then a representative #3 I talked to said he would issue the refund. I get a call today n am getting the run around n was told no refund was processed. I’m very upset that they can get away with doing that. I should of looked it up n I would of seen all the bad reviews. Boy I have learned my lesson never ordering off Facebook again. As of this date 6/29/2020 I have turned this over to the BBB and credit card company and notified the attorney generals office, local police of this scam. I do not appreciate being charged $58.75 for a $1.95 item and will follow up with authorities. It has been a continue lie from the start. The tracking number they gave me was used from Malaysia to show it in transit, number is not recognized in the US. Count me in on being one of the dummies.

855-514-1392 call this number and have your info ready. You won’t get all the money back but at least you can obtain most of it back. I waited 20 mins on hold but I got through finally and half way sorted it out with them doing everything they could to cover their butts.
The same thing happened to me! But I was told it was for “membership fees” when all I ordered was nano liquid.
FALAGRADYSKIN855 runs a scam – Mine is the same story as the others, found on FaceBook, and sold through SpendSavers.com. Instead of the $1.95 (for 1 hour only! 🙄) my account was billed under $83.99 by FALAGRADYSKIN.
I ordered the tape with shipping only! When I got my unemployment check they had charged me $83.70 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE FILLED A SUITE WITH THE OKLAHOMA UNEMPLOYMENT BOARD! I hope you are ready.

I got scammed on the promotional nano magic tape that I ordered on 4/19/2020. My credit card was charged $58.49, which apparently was the cost of shipping of $1.95 plus the VIP membership of $57.46. The delivery tracking record stated 6/8/2020, but to this day, 6/23/2020, I never received the tape in my locked mailbox. After back and forth email correspondence requesting cancellation of the unauthorized membership fee, I was offered only 80% refund of my cost, or $46.03.
I lost money on the (most invisible) tape I ordered and never received!
Thank you for posting that number, for I as well as the rest of us got hit hard by these scammers. I was offered 80% back as well of the $83.50 I was charged after hearing all the bs. Did you ever get your money back?
I was also scammed by this same company for a roll of nano tape. I was charged for shipping of $1.95, And membership fee of $57.54, which I did Not authorize, but they snuck in very fine print, which I did not see obviously. The tracking delivery stated it was delivered on 6/8/2020, but it is now 6/23/2020, and I never received it.
I was only offered an 80% refund of membership fee, which I did Not authorize. They directed me to their website, https://theofficialmembersclub.com/login. Their website did Not have the terms and conditions which they claimed. There were only 16 products to view, none I can use.

Ordered Windshield Repair Kit on April 22, 2020. Was billed $58.75 and added to a monthly club I didn’t request. Was told it would arrive in 2-4 weeks and if it had been longer than 5, to contact customer service. I emailed them at 5 weeks with no response back. Emailed a 2nd time on June 9 and told them if i didn’t hear from them by 5pm on June 10, i would be reporting them to BBB. They emailed me on June 10 and said they would request a reship and provide me with tracking once it had shipped. After not hearing from them for 9 more days, I emailed again and requested a full refund. They immediately emailed back and said they would refund the $1.95 and half of the monthly membership. I haven’t received anything from the membership but heartache so emailed again and requested a full refund or I would be contacting BBB.
Yeah, don’t give them a break at all. My new mission in life is to expose scammers and cons. This is one. Also file a complaint with the FTC, the Federal Trade Commission. That makes some of these crooks nervous: I just a couple days ago got all of my money back for a ketofast scam.

Until that goes through, that money is tied up. It is causing me a great hardship. Believe me, if I could afford a lawyer, I’d sue them, too!

They emailed yesterday that I agreed to a ‘VIP membership.’ Emailed back that I didn’t, that I have a copy of what was ordered, to refund the entire amount and cancel the Nano liquid too. I am also in touch with my bank. Shame on them. Not letting this go; shame how many people DON’T follow through and just take the loss. 😡

It was listed as On The Fence Muscle and I couldn’t even locate that company. I am in my late 70’s and knew I would not have ordered something from this company. I’ve been fighting this for over a month and now find out it is a stinkin’ scam and you’ve done this to other people. I will not pay that money. I disputed the charge and my credit card company removed the charge and issued me a new card. When they spoke to you, you told them that something was ordered & delivered. You lied. I have no such delivery recorded on my “ring”. Now I find out, after a great deal of research that you, in fact have done this to other people. I refuse to be responsible for something I didn’t order. I will fight this. You take that charge off or I will find a way to file suit. Shame on you people.

I ordered nano tape way back in April. I should have known from the beginning that something was not right with them. I was charged 9.99 for shipping+over $55. I was able to get refunded for the $55 & was told my order would arrive in 4wks. To this day I still have not received it. I’ve sent several emails but finally got one reply on June 1 saying it was delivered. Well, thats not true. I am in with the postal service, & my family members are with other carriers, so I always get mail & packages. The one number I did find, now no one answered or it says invalid. Don’t understand why people feel the need to run a SCAM ON OTHERS, it makes no since. I have not seen the advertisement lately, so maybe (HOPEFULLY) THEY GOT SHUT DOWN. I bit on the $1.99 for the nanotape deal and when the charge hit my account it was $59.96 for some monthly club deal as alluded to in the confirmation below. The order acknowledgement I printed out said to contact boutiquebuzznow for customer service. I was scammed by this same company for a roll of Nano tape off facebook site. After making the supposed to be product purchase I received an email from my card company asking did i authorize 57.99 to this company and I was floored at how they scammed me and many others.. I am waiting on disability and don’t have any more money lift to pay my bills because they stole it all and now i am trying to get my funds back.
I bought the nano tape and have not received it yet but I got charged for the 58.75 and I was supposed to be paying for the shipping only. I don’t have a number to call but I would appreciate some help with this cuz I am on disability and I am on a set income each month and I was not told about the extra charge or I would not have ordered it.
I was checking out for the Nano Tape paying &1.95 shipping and my B of A card was declined. I received a text from B of A Scam Dept. They told me it was a scam and to type name of business then review and I’d see them there as fraudulent. They were trying to charge my card $57.00.

I was charged $58.75 for a pair of night glasses. I thought I was being charged $19.99. I tried contacting the company, there was no information found.
My experience is similar to others reported. An ad on social media for something that interested me. Pay the $1.95 shipping, no other charges. My MC account lists $59.66 charge. I disputed the charge and MC is removing it and issuing me a new card.
Saturday, May 9th, I ordered glasses that turned night into day, advertised for just $1.95 for shipping and handling. Sunday I had a bad feeling about the offer, so I called the number on my credit card to find out what charges were added to my card. The reason I questioned the offer was because they did not give me any information as to how much they put on my card. I found out that the charge on my card was $59.95. I asked bank of america to cancel the charge, but, they said they could not do it. I had to contact the firm I ordered from. I called the company and they told me they were closed and I had to wait until Monday to contact them. I didn’t want to wait until Monday, so I used the website and that is how I connected with this site. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY before their office arrives on Monday. Please advise if this is possible. Thank you soooo much!
They did exactly the same thing with me on another product. When you contact them (at [email protected]) they will claim that the charge beyond the $1.95 is a one time membership fee. If you look at the fine print on the separate TOS page you will find it there. This is a fraudulent business practice as no mention of this charge is mage at checkout.
I contacted them again and threatened to dispute the payment with my credit card company and to report them to internet fraud associations if they did not cancel the “membership” immediately and give me a full refund. Within a few hours they got back to me and with a notification that they have refunded my account for the $57.71, the price charged for the membership. They kept the $1.95 shipping, so I don’t know if they’re still going to send the item I ordered.
I’ve seen several of their products in advertisements in games and one finally came up that I was interested in. Right before I made the purchase, however, I decided to read the Terms & Agreement page. WOW! Was I ever glad I thought to do that first. In one section, they say that whatever you purchase, you will be charge for 12 of them, as a membership price. In another section, they say that whatever information you give them about yourself, you agree becomes their property to do with, as they wish. To be given away, sold, or any other thing they wish to do with it. I thought, OMG, I am so glad I didn’t hit that cart button and I feel so bad for those that do. I, honestly, do not understand how this is legal, in any way.

Overview:
I own a business and around Saturday April 18 I began to receive phone calls from all over the country. It seems some entity has tangled me up in a scam.
The scammers charge $1.95 to a credit card but somehow get an additional $58. Then the email sent to them indicated a website/FB page for more info. They type in boutiquebuzznow.com (not my actual link) but somehow it goes directly to my FB page and they get my phone number and call me to complain.
So it’s kind of a double scam.
Do you know what I should do to try to stop the scam? I feel horrible for the poor people and it is bad for my business.
I did report the problem to FB but given their response track record I doubt I’ll ever hear from them.
I called AT&T my phone provider and they said I should change my number which would be bad for business. I’ve attached a screenshot from one of the victims showing the product they thought they were purchasing. And a screenshot of some of the phone numbers of folks calling me in distress.
