A similar experience – placed my order in early May and it has been “processed and dispatched” and now has been in the hands of a courier on its way to the post office. Delays blamed on COVID-19, but they are unable to provide any tracking info (like a genuine tracking number) and they hide behind a collection of form emails that say nothing. This is a scam! May their management suffer extreme misfortune!
I ordered deck lighting from this place on June first for 117.55 I haven’t been able to get a hold of them and the product never arrived! Ive called the number on the statement from California but to no avail!

I saw this add for some really cool lights that I wanted to install in my basement for ambiance wher I could chance the color. This advertisement was on Facebook so I trusted it. I made a purchase of 8 lights costing over $77.00. This order was placed in March and it is now May 8th and I still have not received them. I sent several emails and I get the same response which is your order is in processing. Please help out this company or scammers out of business I cant believe it’s legitimate.
