They offered an anti barking device that helps to train your pet by a high pitch sound which only your pet can hear and produces immediate results. Also ordering in a timely manner you get a second device absolutely free. Purchase price was $19.95 . A discount promo code “10FORYOU” gave a $1.99 discount bring cost to $17.99. $5.99 shipping fees bringing the total to $23.95. Received a confirmation # . They even had a guaranteed 30 day refund policy. My card was charged and never received my purchase. Called the number to inquire about the status only to be offered additional product after product , so I left a message to contact me ASAP. Nothing! After a couple months of repeated attempts , sent an email requesting a full refund. Was responded by technical support claiming that my request was being reviewed, to wait 3-5 days for additional assistance and again nothing. Everyone I call I never get connected to a live representative but an automated voice says please leave a message and I will be contacted by the next available representative. It has been 10 months now and not even an explanation. Another scam that succeeded in their devious works. Beware and don’t fall for it like I did.
