Type of a scam Online Purchase

my father in law was interested in buying a cute Boston terrier puppy, saw this website and showed it to me, at first it seemed really cool that its free shipping as long as you pay $654 for the puppy which the "breeder" was offering 50% off the puppies because they are being funded by their catholic church out in Virginia. On the website, you can either contact them by text message ONLY or by email; my father in law did both and got responses by the "breeder" but the responses were very quick and they did not want to answer any other questions my father in law had in regards to the puppy he wanted. that to me seemed fishy already. I tried calling the number on the website a day ago and no answer, just kept ringing, then tried texting them, no response. so I looked up on the ScamPulse.com wanting to know how you can tell a puppy breeder website is a scam, and everything that was described on this site about it being a scam was describing the Boston terrier page. I emailed the "breeder" giving them one last chance and asked for them to somehow convince me that they are real or else I will report them and no response. All they asked from my father in law was the money to be sent either through, MoneyGram, Western Union or Walmart2Walmart and they would send the puppy with free shipping once money is received. I don’t trust that option at all, much rather see the puppy in person first then pay in person. I’ve seen two other websites that did the exact same thing already get shut down so I would like to see this website get shut down as well so no other person is a victim of this horrible scam! Sad that there are people out there who would do this.
