Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I got a message asking if i would like to make 350 a week to advertise on my van. I gave my address and name and they sent me a check i was pretty excited cuz I’m very careful and check things out do seemed like the real thing. I never use a bank account its just to risky so when trying yo cash it i always take checks to a check cashing place cus they will verify the check with the person who wrote it and the bank it comes from. Well they couldn’t get a verification from who wrote it and the person texting and calling me several times a day for the check would no longer answer. So I’m reporting it now so nothing comes back on me
